The one that got my wife was at Baldwin and Ayers just as she was turning to go to work at Del Mar. I figure the city thinks that college students have too much money and drive recklessly anyway.

Well we just registered one of our cars that has a delinquent "big brother is watching" ticket. Maybe it wasn't delinquent enough, or maybe the threat that the state would not register a car with a delinquent red light camera ticket was just a city of CC scare tactic.
