My husbands parents have passed away within the last year....leaving a home on an acre and my husband has three siblings who don't want nothing to do with property and want to waive all rights to property so that way my husband can gain ownership and deed put under his name...is there a easy way going about this or do we absolutely have to go through the whole court process?

Get a Real Estate Lawyer to do the work for you. A lawyer will know how to get it done and do it for you. Considering you are being given the property, it's worth the cost.
