Question 1949-50 Large Rabit Figure for Photoes on Port Avenue

Does any one remember a place on port next to the old George Bugg Grocery in or around 49-50 a trailer in the open lot where a man had a large rabit figure with a saddle to take pictures of kids for souviners or whatever. He also may had a horse figure as well. If you have a picture would love to see it.
