A mom and her roommate are facing charges after punishing her 10-year-old son. How? Making him dress in drag and then posting the demeaning pictures on Facebook.
Authorities say they learned of the photos after relatives saw them on social media and noticed the boy was visibly upset. Christle Prado and Keith Driscoll were charged with cruelty towards children and infliction of mental injury on a child.
(Sign) The more I see of people the more happy I amwith the the company of my dog. Harsh discipline is seldom required to straighten a kid up, and shaming him in front of thousands , in such a manner as this, could be considered quite harsh. Thinking back to my formative years, I would have chosen a bull whipping over this.
That one thrashing would have been far preferable to endless beatings and shame in school. Where some people glean their "parenting" skills from is beyond me. Now, this poor kid has to deal with living in foster care, and all the joys that brings, his Mother in jail, and still has to take the torture of his peers.
I have to wonder what type of behavior could possibly warrant such punishment..???
its unbelieveable that parent can be so insensitive to thier own child.
It absolutey appauls me that there are parents that do these horriffic things to thier children.

I'm constantly amazed the number of idiots "gifted" with children.
It's something I'll never understand.
