A married couple allegedly took on the role of "Grinch" this Christmas season and stole Christmas displays from dozens of Colorado Springs families.
Jeremy Lewallen, 18, and his 42-year-old wife Carrie Carley were arrested Dec. 19. Police say they used the displays they swiped to decorate their own yard.
Well that's an attractive and up and coming couple who is going places. Jail. Prison. Etc.
Yikes.
Something tells me this isn't this guy's first run-in with the law. I would think if he's going to be successful as a thief, he would steal something a bit more valuable that yard decorations to justify the risk of jail time.
Obviously not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
I'm a little more concerned of the crime that this 42 year old woman is married to an 18 year old kid, who obviously had to be a minor when they started dating.

My thoughts exactly when I clicked on the article. He could be her kid. What is a 42 year old woman doing married to a kid. I am glad the people got their decorations back but this is a sick looking couple.
What a fine, upstanding looking couple they make !! Who would think that people who look like that would do anything like this ?
