whatever riders show up at this, they are not going to be an ordinary group of beer drinking "bikers". It will be some nutball collection of quacks that happens to own harleys.

I don't know a single "biker" that thinks this is anything other than ignorant.

Bikers can't violate the first amendment. Plus, they are not stopping the muslims from training in the mosque. It's the same as protestors outside an a Norton clinic or animal rights protestors outside sea world.

I see that youre in Oregon, just two States away from South Dakota. Home to Sturgis, which hosts one of the largest motorcycle rallies there is. Please tell me again how the South is to blame for ignorant bikers....

The two terrorists were from Phoenix, or at least that's where they lived when they planned and carried out the attack in Texas.

Funny, I haven't heard about this rally which is supposed to happen today. Is it really happening? How many "bikers" are supposed to show up? Ten? Twenty? Three?

I wonder if the website the OP provides a link to is complete BS. From that site: "..American blogger Pamela Geller’s deadly “Draw Muhammad” cartoon contest...". The cartoon contest wasn't deadly; the terrorist attack was deadly, and luckily only for the terrorists!

When the majority of Muslims who are responsible turn solidly against the militant and/or irrational few within their ranks.

Admittedly, it's not always easy, or fair to ask this of a group of people torn between strong religious convictions and/or the desire for a better earthly existence (just as Christians were 500 years ago). But if this choice isn't made, and publicly defended (which, or course, brings the threat of retaliation by the idiots) by a foresighted minority, all Muslims will continue to pay the price.

It's not about being terrorist.

Biker Against Child Abuse Supports Abuse Victims In The Coolest Way Possible - Mommyish
The cases that these men and women take on are gut wrenching, including a 10-year-old rape victim and an 8-year-old who was beaten by their mom. There are victims of molestation and mental abuse as well, and each story is heartbreaking. These aren’t just a bunch of biker dudes playing shrink either. They are all trained by professional mental health care workers, registered with the state welfare association, given background checks and fingerprinted.

What is Muhammad's position on child abuse? Find it funny, most people really don't know the Hells Angels were built upon lawyers, doctors, bankers etc.......it's not just men wearing leather, doing drugs & riding all day.

I love all the politically correct platitudes here. This mosque radicalized the two muslims that went down to Texas to try to kill Americans exercising their Constitutional rights for freedom of speech.

The Constitution defines the right of free speech. It does not give anyone the right to not be offended. Also being offended by another's free speech does not give you the right to kill them.

Assuming muslims can't handle being protested against or having their religion being criticised without them resorting to violence is racism against muslims. If this mosque is going to exist in American society it must put on it's big boy pants and prove it can play well with others, like so many other institutions do. It does not need a bunch of left wingers to mother hen it.

All protests offends someone. That's why the 1st amendment exists.
Many people found MLK offensive. Many people find Anti-Abortion protesters offensive.

We don't shut them down for being offensive or stupid.

BTW, I'll bet many of these Bikers come from the Liberal utopia called California.
