There is nothing centrist about Fox News- even most conservative viewers admit that. It is for them what MSNBC is for liberals- a network that caters to that side of the spectrum. CNN is also no liberal rag- it is more of an actual mainstream news organization, trying to stay more centrist.

I've only seen it when it is on at some location other than my home. Generally I watch PBS Newshour, which I enjoy due to their style of reporting the news. Their style, in my opinion, is not heavily biased. Fairly well reasoned even if opined upon.

Maybe that's why I actually enjoy it. It's just news.

To paraphrase the great H.L. Mencken*: Liberalism: the haunting fear that someone, somewhere is watching Fox News and is enjoying it.

*Puritanism. The haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may be happy. - H. L. Mencken at Lifehack Quotes

Meh...FoxaPhobes can call it anything they like. Makes no difference. Most FoxaPhobes are liberal and believe the world is stopped and started by the sound of their voices.

Fox News will continue, Kiddies. The truth will be broadcast.
Deal with it.

Is this a joke??

We don't really have a center-leaning media anymore, unfortunately.

Yeah, the immaturity doesn't do any favors for the people criticizing it. It's a legitimate news outlet that happens to have an agenda. You know, same as MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, NPR, and most major newspapers, only with a rightward slant instead of a leftward one. Heaven forbid conservatives get one news outlet that favors their worldview.

But to answer the original question, no, of course Fox News isn't going anywhere. It's a cash cow, and it fills a demand in the market.
