A 14-year old girl was babysitting her 3-year old niece on June 19, and took her to the playground at her middle school, Herfurth Elementary School, in Rowlett, TX, along with a friend. When she sat down at some tables, she was immediately set upon by a group of Black students (2 female, 2 male) who told them they “didn’t belong there.”
One source revealed to TRN that a racial slur was uttered against one or both the White girls, although police have said there is “no evidence of a hate crime” involved with the attack.
The Dallas Morning News reported that the family does not want to issue public statements for fear of further retribution.
There is also a report that one or both of the 14-year old Black girls are involved in a local gang and were enforcing a “Blacks-only territory” in the schoolyard, although he have been unable to confirm this, as no arrests have yet been made.
They have the name of the boy who videotaped this. He should be charged.
They have the name of the girl on one site so I have no clue why the police won't arrest her. Well I do know why but its bull.
They better arrest her, and prosecute her to the full extent of the law!
I guess some phone calls are in order to the Rowlett PD. Rowlett is just the next county over from mine, people from all over the metroplex are outraged about this. If the cops are too chicken$hit to do anything about it, I'm sure there's plenty of people locally who will help the victim with a civil suit against this piece of trash!

Rowlett seems like such a nice town and to think that this could happen there, it's just horrible. I hope those children are able to heal from that attack.

If that's the case - the media SHOULD be blowing this up. This is potentially one of the worst hate crimes I've ever seen on video.
Why does this video say "black man" when it was actually a white guy? Hate to see anyone get hit like that, but from what I've read this guy deserved at least a few whacks.
