Isn't that against the very meaning of the 2nd amendment?
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
When did it matter whether the government or a citizen was infringing on the right of the people? It's just as much an infringement as if the state passed a law saying no one of the Christian faith can purchase a firearm.
So an American Muslim walks into a gun store and is denied a firearm just because he is a Muslim? Next is it Blacks denied a gun purchase strictly because they are black and statistics show..........blah, blah, blah.
Looks like the perfect slippery slope the gun rights and NRA keep preaching about.
I'd like to know where the NRA stands on this issue.
I see a huge difference between the Government saying "you can't own something" and a private business saying "We don't care to sell to you". Will having one store decline automatically eliminate a Moslem from buying elsewhere; probably not.
That said, there could be a discrimination suit brought on the basis of religion.

Wouldn't that make the sacrosanct provision, "Shall not be infringed" useless? It doesn't specify catagories of who can infringe. Infringement is like pregnancy. You can't be slightly infringed or pregnant. You either are or you aren't. I see the shop owner infringing on the American citizen's right to legally own a firearm strictly for arbitrary reasons. If he could do it, so could the town council. If they can do it so can the County and so on.
lets see how many religious liberty and second amendment advocates come to condemn this. My guess is very few. I am all for this. I believe companies should be allowed to discriminate against whoever they want. They should just be required to post that discriminatory practice next to the door.
I wonder how he discerns who is Muslim and who isn't. Is it by there dress, the color of there skin, facial features. I would love it a few white Muslims bought guns from him and then posted videos thanking him for selling them guns on online.
Can we extend this Muslim free zone to 'The United States of America?'
Yes, if you hate the US Constitution, the 1st Amendment and every principle this country was founded on. Let me guess, you claim to be a freedom loving conservative patriot?
