As Democrat presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders finished his 3 political rallies in LA, Portland and Seattle, 73 000 people had attended. In August, more than a year before the election. It seems to me that people are coming together to fight for democracy and investing in the quality of life of Americans and rejecting more wars, oligarchy and big money corruption of the political process.

King Hillary can't even get 6,000 to show up to her major announcement event in NYC.

Her support by the common people is way way way overstated by the MSM.

Bernie's message is authentic and real. I believe even more Americans would agree, if they listened to him carefully. He talks about things the Corporate Media doesn't want to talk about.

I imagine the ratio of No to Hillary vs. Yes to Bernie votes is 10 to 1.

It is super early in the election cycle. The only people getting pumped up at this stage are people that are really interested in politics and have really strong opinions on political topics. The average American doesn't check-in for months. I believe Bernie has engaged a niche in the Democratic party (a decent sized niche), but I am doubtful it will translate into long term growth. he may be maxing out his support now.

In either case, I think he is good for the race. Hilary was forced to build out a concrete college funding plan, which I believe is due to Bernie. So, he is impacting the race already.

As a GOPer, I fear Sanders more than I fear Clinton as I feel that Sanders would be more successful at peeling away white voters from the GOP than Clinton would; he just connects more and feels more authentic than Clinton. Having written that, unless he can convince more black voters to back his campaign, he likely won't win the nomination.

Certainly seems most voters want to get away from the normal candidates as evidenced by the success of Bernie for the left and Trump for the right.
I think many voters are just tired of the same old candidates spouting the same old bull then doing nothing once in power, a vote for Bernie or the Donald will definitely take the country in new directions, every one else whether left or right it will be just business as usual ,
