There are no actual bones, which is basically what would show up on the X-Ray involved.
And the x-ray seems to show whatever the hell that is brighter than the pelvis.. And what doctor would actually allow xrays of the testicles, which seem to be quite bright in that xray as well.

Excellent point. It would show up on MRI or CAT scan but not an X-ray.
