I'm sorry, but does anyone think that being wealthy was the reason this kid got off? These parents should be ashamed. The Punishment was a joke! If I were those families, I would be p****d. I hope they find him and throw the book at him and his pos mother. Unfortunately, they are probably abroad hiding out.
Could be, that is a parole violation. Plus he turns 19 soon and his case will be moved to adult court. Any future deeds will be handled there. Still, running was a stupid move on his part. He's going to be caught, he's not capable of keeping a low profile.
Sadly guys, he didn't have that great of a lawyer.
DUI's leading to fatalities only land grown adults in jail for a couple years typically. (Randy Vizor case in Chicago)
He was 16 and all kinds of young people get a break in the legal system at that age typically with hefty paroles hanging over their heads in case they don't learn.
Like most of you I never figured he'd finish parole successfully.

Visor was convicted and sentenced to 13 years in prison. This rich kid was even more reckless and got 10 years probation.
Oh and Visor? His case and amazingly light sentence resulted in changes to the law that changed the maximum sentence from 14 years to 28, and made it so that offenders must also serve 85% of the sentence.
You quite literally used the poster child of low sentencing for DUI manslaughter that resulted in stronger laws and sentences as a excuse for this kids even worse behavior, and even lighter sentence.
Thats not at all comparable, and thats kind of the point of why people were upset. Money bought the kid probation.
You don't blow three times what he blew and are still standing without having been in the booze for a long, long time.
He even looks like that gun nut kid that killed his mother before he went to the elementary school.
We lost our sister and cousin to a local drunk (who thankfully, also died) and the Pub owner was just appointed to our Senate up here in the frozen north. The ultimate insult.
In this day and age there's no place for these tools to hide. And your Passport is only good for five or ten years. You then need to renew. Interpol will have him.
Its so stupid what his parents are doing. He's going to get caught eventually, and it will be far worse on him than if he had just taken his original punishment. He'd already have been out of jail by now, and he wouldn't have this much notoriety. Now his pictures and life history is plastered all over the internet. Just think what this mama's boy is going to have happen to him when he finally goes to jail, for longer than the original sentence? How are those guys going to feel about this spoiled kid?
