I've often wondered what rappers are actually saying in their lyrics since I have a difficult time understanding most of it. Finally, someone who can translate it. I have to ask, is this really what civil rights leaders fought for, 50 years ago? If I were MLK, I would be rolling in my grave.
I know right, instead, they should sing about getting high on cocaine and killing their girlfriend, like the icon Johnny Cash (Cocaine Blues, look it up). Something tells me he won't be vilified here though, haha. Point is, you look at rap, country, metal or rock and roll and you'll find someone with lyrics that offend someone here or there.
People, even black people have a right to be as idiotic as anyone else which is just as important as the right to eat at a lunch counter and vote.
Yeah they do...
and it's done wonders for society. This type of behavior is glorified. Look at the millions that rap stars pull in talking about this garbage. It makes generations of kids want to aspire to be just like them and treat women just like they treat women.

Agreed, they should really clean their act up and sing about something more wholesome, like slave rape in the Rolling Stones' "Brown Sugar".
And you'd be 100 percent wrong, I'm guessing you're used to that, lol.
