I've been watching all day and no one mentioned anything like that.
The only kayaks I saw today were white water on a closed course.

Really...how is anybody shocked over this? The whole place is a dump. Did you see the bike race? The streets are in horrible shape. How in hell can they have the Olympics in that place?
