^^What they did is way beyond bullying. Normal kids don't do things like this, these two are defective. Whether by nature or nurture, who knows. But they need to be removed from society because no one should have to worry about being brutalized by monsters, regardless what age they are.
Apparently they weren't taught about bullying. The parents should also be responsible. This is heartbreaking.
This isn't bullying, this is sociopathic behavior. Likely one of the kids responsible is a sociopath and was able to manipulate another kid (or kids) into helping. Such a tragedy.
Reading around, it sounds like the authorities think it was kids playing with fire, not a direct act against the kids.
Still sad.
The San Antonio paper reported one of the kids doused the boy with gasoline and the other threw a lit match at him.
