No, not fair. This person transitioned after completing puberty. Male musculature and bone density is greater. That's not to say every man is stronger than a woman but in this case it is an unfair advantage because it gives an edge to strength and the ability to build muscle. It also does not appear they are using massive doses of estrogen based on appearance. Other than a ponytail, which many men have, there does not seem to be any female characteristics present.
