Texas woman planned her daughters' deaths for weeks | Daily Mail Online

Quote:
A north Texas woman who has been charged with shooting and killing her two daughters as they slept planned on murdering the young pair for weeks, police say.
Sarah Nicole Henderson, 29, of Mabank, has been charged with two counts of capital murder after fatally shooting Kenlie, five, and KayLee Danielle, seven.
I have always wondered what causes mothers to kill their own children. Yes, I know fathers do as well, but you definitely don't expect mothers to, and it seems to be fairly common. Even in the animal kingdom it's known that mothers will kill/abandon their children.
