Oklahoman given 'atomic wedgie' died from asphyxiation, trauma to head

But ARREST HIM? I could see a judge saying to the prosecutor, excuse me, why is this man in my courtroom?

The article also says he grabbed her hand, and pulled on her arm, continuing to be belligerent and drunk. The wet willy was just one aspect of his assault. She was probably afraid of him.
