3. She's lucky an aggressive momma didn't pound her ass into next week right there where she stood. She doesn't know how lucky she is.
I was wondering how the mom managed to maintain her composure. Some moms would have punched this woman in the face. I think the mom is a saint, considering she only called this woman names and yelled at her.

The mom could have gotten her son away from all the drama. There was no reason to put her son through all the yelling and commotion. I don't think being accused of something requires you to stay around. Maybe leave her name and number with the store clerk.
Its too bad that video doesn't show why she is on her cell phone. Reality is there is nothing on that video that says Im calling the cops. Assumptions are being made...again.
Last thing she said was " goodbye 911 operator"
Again, she was calling the cops or pretending to call them.

They could have gotten accused of fleeing the scene. Better to stay and get it resolved.
Interesting..What if she said it did not seem safe to stay? Or emotionally healthy for her son ?
You used the word "said." Someone saying something doesn't make it true. With all of the cameras and video footage, one could see that there wasn't any physical danger. As for emotional health, wouldn't the possibility of future police action, possibly being taken into custody, etc be more emotionally damaging than staying in the scene for a few extra minutes. Also, let's not ignore the history of Black people and the justice system. The fastest way of getting this resolved was the best choice.
