The sad part is, that poor kitty was probably a house cat and is now loose on the streets. Anyone who has fed feral kitties knows what a terrible life they live. Hope someone gets it and keeps it safe inside. Beautiful little guy.

I’m not sure but if you apply electricity to a human holding a cat; wouldn’t the cat get some of the current?

No, as long as the cop didn't hit the cat with one of the prongs but from the looks of it, he didn't. The electrical current from the taser runs from one prong to the other so the cat wouldn't have been tased.
