I am heading over to C/D early there is a mountain of bags that have to go out before the trash guy gets here.
Of course go figure they couldn't be put out when there were lots of people around because there is left over party food in them and I didn't want any critters ripping them open and that mess to clean up. Not to mention the most annoying critter NN I can hear it now "my there are so many bags and empty bottles was there a social gathering, your not throwing out anything that is good are you "
rofl I may even take a picture and post it on his FB page
That will cover my upper body workout and the treadmill later will get the rest !!
Happy Birthday Connie! Birthday calories do not count!
Ugh! It feels like a sauna outside!
Shadow & I have been for a quick walk. It rained last night & the grass is wet. We all know how Shadow feels about wet toes..... If it is not raining we will hit the beach later.
Location: Finally made it to Florida and lovin' every minute!

Cake??? Did somebody say cake???
Good morning, all.
"vacation" is over. Did my walk to the clubhouse, 1/2 hour weights, walk back. Air was heavy, I didn't feel like doing it, but I did. Here's the kicker. As I was walking back to my house, I saw DH talking to one of the neighbors who has been away for about a month. He said to DH, "Gee, that looks like NN coming our way." NOw, our NN has been gone a year and a half, was about 6 inches taller and a good 50 lbs. heavier than me. Thank you very much. This neighbor is now on my s**t list, as is hubster who thinks it's hysterical.
Finally going to do some dusting and, if I feel like it, chiseling out the bathrooms. Later on will be blueberry pie making. I'm also going to throw some ribs in the crockpot. DH may or may not get any of it.
Oops - almost forgot! Happy, happy birthday, dear lady. Hugs to you today.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY CONNIE! and a very happy Monday to everyone else too!
Yesterday was fun and filled with good food and lots of family, my aunt was the only one who did not make it and I had not expected her too. She was at the baby shower Saturday and has a blood clot in her leg and is not getting around too well. The first time ever that when I looked at her I was worried, she is 80 still gets around okay but she is looking old now. Sigh.
Gotta get going I am on duty when daughter leaves for work. Two oldest g-daughters gotta clean out their closets today They don't know what type of slave driver g-ma is!
Good morning everyone. My foot is better so I'm back to 0 minutes on the treadmill and 20 on the stairmaster. It felt good to get back into my routine. Today I had some dental work done. Not much else going on besides work. The weather is really nice today so I may try to take a little walk at lunchtime if I get a chance.
Had a sort of busy weekend, yesterday we were going to go to lunch on the boat to one of the islands but it was toooo rough, but we saw a tall ship that was docked downtown, went to the marina, went to a state park on the lake (Erie) and then came back into town and visited friends, then we went grocery shopping and cooked on the grill! That's more activities than I usually do in a month!
Today I did an upper body/interval training workout and I might mow. I don't know. Kind of have a sore throat, started yesterday a.m.
Have a good Monday everyone. Stay cool if you can.
