Ooo, what was dinner last night, Karla?? I made turkey meatballs w/gorganzola cheese. they are the best!
Well, I didn't get the memo that it was yard day till just now. Luckily, I did it on my own! 2+ hours of weeding the cactus garden. Boy, am I glad I did that!
Headed to the shower in a few. I think I hear the pool calling my name, too.
Pattie, lol on the pool I can't even imagine getting in a pool in September in MI I guess that is where retirement in FL is the best.
I'm not sure what my day holds other than babysitting Kayci tonight. I'm feeling kinda blah today, so maybe just a day of sitting in front of the tv might be in order, although it is a shame to waste such a beautiful looking day.

Sandy, I usually go into the pool the day before T'giving and Christmas just so I can say I did. Sometimes I go on the day itself; depends on what we're doing. Since I'll be in NY this T'giving, I'll have to go 2 days before.
Pattie one year Bob was in his brother's pool on Christmas! His "other" house is in Palm Coast.
Yeah, well we have
Spoiler
idiots
certain people around here who go for a swim in the Maumee River on New Year's day. The Polar Bear Plunge, they call it. Chills me to the bone just thinking about it.
Oh no, we have the valentine plunge up here in the river, nuts, plain pure nuts! Me after August I am hard pushed to go in any pool, and that was when we lived south also.
