I continued with my same workouts until I got down to 171 lbs which was at the end of May.

After reaching the 171 pound mark, on June 1st I decided to switch over to more of a bulking diet and to start taking supplements which I have not taken any of since early 2008.

I am on the following:

GNC Mega Men Sport daily vitamin
MuscleTech - Cell-Tech Creatine formula
MuscleTech - Nitro-Tech Whey/Amino Acid protein powder

I have also switched my workout plan a bit and am now doing either a run or Crossfit workout in the morning as my cardio/fat burning exercise and on Monday, Wed, Fri I do my heavy HIT workouts in the afternoon or evening. Saturday and Sunday will always be either rest day, Crossfit, or run days, but never weights. Martial arts will continue to be practiced in the evenings (and sometimes during the days as well).

After one week, I have gone from 171 pounds to 177 pounds all of which is muscle growth.

Its a constantly changing and evolving cycle of a workout routine for me. Decided that I need to split my HIT workouts due to the intensity levels. No way I can do a full whole body workout and continue to give it my all. By the time I start legs, I am totally beat. Now (for this week at least) will be doing a split:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday:
Bench Press
Military Press
Dumbbell shoulder press
Dumbbell flys
Rows
Upright rows
Lat pulls front
Lat pulls back
Shoulder Shrugs

Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday:
Squats
Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Dumbbell lunges
Deadlifts
Goodmornings
Squat Thrusters

Decided to change because I had no more energy left to do leg workouts after yesterday's HIT.
