I ended up having honey maple turkey on a sub roll with a little muenster cheese and some of those 40% reduced fat cape cod kettle chips yes lol I put chips on my sandwich for dinner.
I had 2 more bottles of water and 1/2 glass of diet pepsi
snack some of those puffed keebler club crackers you can have 24 for around 120 calories they were a bit stale so I wonder if that meant lower calorie count

heading off to bed in a bit it is past my bedtime

Okay... dinner: marinated chicken breast, broccoli, red onions on long grain rice. For dessert: vanilla yougart.

And here's my favorite quote from this thread today:

I use the Silk Soy Milk the plain one, with no sugar.I used to go to the Chinese markets they don't add a lot of vitamins. The Silk Soy is more expensive then the chinese ones.I care more for my health

I wish I could drink so much water throughout the day. I'm glad when I finish one half a liter bottle. I'm always feeling like a cow drinking only water and eating green things. But it would probably be better. I gained nearly 5 pounds in 1 and a half week. I really have to try to get back to my old weight from before the birth of my son. He's already a little over 3 months old. That shows that I don't have enough discipline...

Good idea, I will try that.
Lunch so far today: a little bit of ravioli and tomato sauce and a very tiny slice of zucchini cake - going that road I will never lose weight
Maybe I'm disciplined enough to have only peach and bananas this evening - lets see. Until then - slushy water...
