Good morning! Besides the cats waking me up to eat this morning...http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/002.gif (broken link)...the only thing I can hear at the moment are the birds chirping...http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/lovebirds.gif (broken link)...my kids both had sleep-overs last night and the house is very still...its nice, but I wouldn't want it all the time. So what are everyones plans for today? A step work-out for me this morning, then my son's basketball game this afternoon. Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk...have a wonderful Saturday everyone! http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/Saturday-1-1.jpg (broken link) Jeannie

Hello my friend. What is Columbian bread? Well. the kids are going with the flow but there really hasn't been anything going on yet like packing......so when we really start with the process, we'll see. My son's principal spoke with the new school's vice principal in NC last week just to give them a little background on Kevin which I thought was really nice. I'm hoping my daughter's principal does the same thing.

I found this Columbian bakery the bread is like cuban bread only a little sweeter it is soooo good soft and just a bit chewy lol I had to put it in the freezer right away or it would not of lasted at all

I would also see if they can get the kids in the new classes to send some "we can't wait to meet you " notes
I have noticed how much my 2nd graders love doing cards and notes

that sounds really good Karla, thank you for the suggestion. Is the bread white or dark? Is it like the bread you get at The Outback?

It's good to see you up and around!

I hope you don't have much trouble with the storms that go through some of your areas!

Cooking and cleaning day for me today.

Breakfast was a piece of cake hubby brought from the bakery yesterday.
Lunch was noodles with cream sauce, brokkoli, carrots and chicken breast. DS found that very delicious and had two helpings
Snack was another piece of cake. I baked a chocolate tarte yesterday and a cherry tarte today for my grandparents.
Dinner will be half a pizza which I share with mom. I'm looking forward to the pizza it's with white sauce, garlic, spinach and almonds. Sounds strange but is very yummie.

Karla, the bread sounds great! I love extra ordinary breads and always try to find something new in our bakeries.
Will bake another dark sour dough bread tomorrow morning.

Have a great evening all!
