Good morning! Heres hoping everyone has a healthy and happy week. I want good news when I return. Yesterday, a pretty good day with my regular breakfast, too busy for lnch and a grilled chicken parm on whole wheat and 1/2 of a smoothie at my daughter's swim meet. I did manage to do 3 1/4 miles on the treadmill though. Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy Friday! Jeannie

Morning, Well well well all I can I say is I "pigged out" last night. Had 1/2 baked potatoe, salad, 2 slices of toast and liver with onions! Been abit run down and thought the liver (iron) would help. Have to say I was miserable the rest of the night. Still full and really dont plan on breakfast this morning.
Lacey, Glad to see you going our with your main man!!

Oh Have to tell you all this: A neighbor lady, who has always been abit overweight, but not bad, took up running when her dd joined the track team. Hadnt seen her in quite awhile but last night she was running past the house and OMG, she looked HORRIBLE! This gal has lost so much weight she is a skeleton, seriously she looks bad. Even her face is just bones, her eyes are sunken and her jaws stick out. From one extreme to another......sad.

Good morning. Good to see Jeannie, Lacey, Painter, and Izzy up and about.
Jeannie, I hope you see us healthy too. I took the rugs out of my bathroom and vacuumed all around and it just about did me in. I don't understand it. I have been cooking, vacuuming around the house, ironing, washing, but something about that job maybe should have not been done. I will be getting ready to go for a check-up in a few minutes--check-up is at two something, but I have a lot of tape to try and wash off first. I am going to have some questions for that doctor.

Coffee and milk
banana
2 strawberry eggo waffles.

NCN-hope for a good report.

Painter you are a trip-everyday you light things up. There was a lady back in NJ who was obsessed with running-this went for years til she was limping more than running and looked like death.

Haircut and then we went out for late breakfast-mexican omelet-no cheese, no sour cream. Then picked up the pizza to cook later. Yum!

Lacey, it must finally be Summer up there. You sound so cheerful.
I heard a pretty word today--benign. I have been released with no restrictions. Found out the 20 pound restriction was not even necessary. Thank you all for being so patient with me through all this. I would feel foolish for having it taken out, if I didn't remember how nervous I was waiting to see what the results were. It is a good feeling to know for sure.

The weird things going on with my body are from being put to sleep. Doctor said to go about my normal schedule and rest when I think I should and call him if I have any more questions.

Lunch was Italian Chicken tenders and sweet potatoes
Dinner was a chicken salad on rolls.
