Dinner...this is something I learned from my friend...yesterday I cut up red & green bell peppers, broccoli, and tossed in whole baby carrots and put in a baggie. I made some pasta and put that in another baggie. So today for dinner, I took out some of the veggies, 1/2 cup of pasta, added some spring mix, turkey, 1/4 avacado and salad dressing...yummo!! And there is more for tomorrow!
