Easter dinner was an artery clogger of Fettucine Alfredo and shrimp.

Breakfast-the usual yog/fruit.
Lunch-cottage ch/avocado
Dinner-chicken n rice.

Back on track after food filled few days.

Good morning ladies!

Back from our weekend trip. It's was so great! We had a great time with my parents and DS and the weather was, against all expectations, good. Hmm, a little cold farther up on the mountains but nice and sunny though.

Went out for lunch twice. On Friday I had rosefish fillet on paprika/zucchini ratatouille w/ potatoes. Dinner was always w/w bread w/ different kinds of sausage and cheese.
We got a large breakfast on Sun./Sat. so I only had salad for lunch on Sat.

We went hiking and visited old castle ruins. Miguel loved to climb on the huge rocks. It was way too short and a beautiful place. Maybe we'll go there again this year, if not maybe Easter time next year again and then for a little longer. I'll have to post pics and hope to do this this evening before going to step aerobic class.

Judi - too bad the time with your grands is already over. I hope you enjoyed having them with you!

Izzy - another earth quake? Didn't you have one last year?

Okay gotta go for now.

Morning ladies.

Diana sounds like a heavenly trip.

Yesterday we ran some errands and had lunch out-had a delicious bar-b-cued pork sandwich and slaw.
Dinner-Mr. L had the leftover fettucine alfredo and I had salad, cottage ch and avocado.

Today I have to have a section of skin cancer removed from my shoulder and it's 75 mi trip each way.

Breakfast-the usual.
Lunch-?
Dinner-ham steak grilled,salad.

So very sad for those miners in West Virginia.

Ouch Judi, hope it doesn't hurt. Safe trip!

Since the Easter bunny brought so many sweets I had 2 pieces of chocolate and half a slice of cup cake this morning.

Lunch: paprika stuffed with rice+ground meat along with 2 potatoes
Snack: 1 donut stuffed with vanilla pudding

Now I'm well fed and ready for an after lunch nap. Too bad my boss doesn't like that so much lol

Dinner: toasted half a slice of sour dough bread, topped with a little butter, 1 egg in slices and a little crema di balsamico.

I just tried to upload some pics from the weekend trip but it didn't work. They always tell me my pics are too large so I have to wait for DH to explain how I can make them smaller and then load them up I'm a real genius with technical stuff like that.

Okay, off to bed now.

Good morning all and we have another beautiful day ahead.

Shoulder surgery went well and I have no pain. I am heavily bandaged and supposed to not use my left arm. Cut was 3".

Nails today and out tonight.

Breakfast the usual.
Lunch-could be out, could be cottage cheese.

Enjoy whatever you do.
