Hi Judi! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

Ours was more than busy.

Friday night: Met two girls from my birth preparations class. We went to a Greek restaurand and had a nice chat and a very delicious dinner.
Sat. morning: went to our sports field b/c the first of May is always time for several tournaments from our local sports teams. Miguel liked it a lot and we saw some people to chat with.
Sat. afternoon: went w/ DS and my parents to a riding tournament in a nearby village. DS loved the horses and he rode a pony. It was really cute.
Sat. night: bbq evening with friends
Sunday: we took DS to the next biggest zoo and walked around there for 4 hours. Boy was I exhausted lol

I don't want to mention what I had to eat all weekend

breakfast:
white wheat toast sandwich w/ cream cheese + cheese + ham

lunch:
mac salad w/ a grilled skinless chicken breast

snack:
cereal yog

Today's Miguel's 3rd birthday so I'm going to celebrate and play with him this afternoon!

Have a great May!

Happy Birthday Miguel.

I can't direct message anymore because I turned that off when I got some really rude messages. I started a birthday thread for Miguel. If you don't like that, I can get it removed.

Three is such a sweet age. Don't you wish we could hug Miguel? He is such a cutie pie.

I am still doing fine today. And I haven't gone mad yet. However, I am a little crazy. Redoing bathrooms affects me that way. Oh, the dust and dirt!

Coffee and milk
salad mix
1 cup pinto beans--leftover from yesterday.
sliced apple
three hushpuppies

Thanks girls!!! You're soooooooooo good to us!

His birthday was very exciting for him. He asked all our guests to sing a song for him and then sat listening with eyes wide and bright. That was really cute.

He even asked me if today is still his birthday and when I said no he wanted to cry. I guess Miguel liked his great day a lot.

Dinner: 1 slice of white wheat toast with a little garlic butter + a baked camembert cheese

Awww!! Miguel is such a sweetheat! I'd bet he wlll wake up and want to celebrate some more!

Getting my veggie and fruit mix and some scrambled eggs for breakfast. Been eating a lot of veggies lately,I think my body just feels better without all the pasta, bread and rice. I need to add more beans into my diet.

Getting warmer here,I guess it's time to find something cooler to wear.
