That's how it always goes. It's OK for Doggett to play political games but unacceptable for Perry.

Ultimately, no, it's not ok to play games with what amounts to people's lives and childrens' education...one brief thought on this matter; IF Perry had been allowed access to the Federal funds to use as he wished, and he was able to close the budget gap with these funds like he did last year, what would have been the outcome? I have my money on Perry renewing his Federal goverment bashing, while extolling the virtues of his "Texas Conservatism" ala last year...while cheerfully glossing over the fact that it was that evil BIG government that bailed his butt out...Karma is a b....
