I'm looking to rent a washer and dryer. My apartment doesn't have one. I know it's a bad idea to rent it but, I don't want to spend $800. Can you give me some suggestions for renting it cheap in Las Colinas, Irving, TX? I don't want to lease it. Do they provide free delivery/pickup?

check craigs list
there are w/d sets you can get much less than buying new
they are as good or better than you would get leasing

I agree, check the free section too. Some people give them away too as long as you pick them up.

If you rent them, you will end up paying more than $800...better to buy a cheap, used set on Craig's List.

Ditto w/ the Craigslist ideas, but if that's not an option -- I used Azuma when I rented a w/d unit. They were relatively inexpensive (~$30/month). I have also heard good things about Appliance Warehouse (I believe that's the name), but I've never used that company.
