I need to buy few postal stamps to send in some documents to a place in Plano and one in another state.
I need to know that what will be the nearest location for me to buy a postal stamp ? I don't see any post office near my place.
I live at the Giovanna Apartments, 1800 E spring creek Pkwy.
One google search revealed that we get it in QuikTrip and i do have one near my place.
But wanted to ask the ever helping people here first.
Help appreciated.

Also how much would it cost me to send an envelope with few pages (will come within minimum weight) if i send it to an address in Plano and if i sent it to a different state altogether ??

In a regular envelope? However much a stamp and envelope are. If it's like a manila envelope or something like that, a few bucks.

Why not buy them online? Do you need them asap? I'd suggest taking a bus to a more active area and buying them there.

https://shop.usps.com/webapp/wcs/sto...&top_category=

Or call them: 1-800-STAMP-24

The offline option would be to get to a postal office or a store, we don't hide them under rocks or anything

You can walk a mile and a half to this one:
901 W Spring Creek Pkwy
1800 E Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074 to US Post Office - Google Maps

Or catch a bus to one of the several in the area.

www.usps.com is your friend. Postal rates and post office locations, all from your computer.

The CVS and Walgreen's drugstore chains both sell stamps. As you noted, so does QuikTrip. There's a QuikTrip at 75 and Spring Creek that is within simple walking distance of your apartments.

The postage cost for letters is uniform, no matter where in the US you are sending it. 1 ounce or less in a standard envelope is 44 cents. The prices go up with weight, and there is a surcharge for thick (over 1/4", about 6 mm) or oversized envelopes (for example, a manila envelope that allows you to mail the sheets without folding). All the prices can be looked up on the USPS website.

These places probably only carry the books of stamps - 20 stamps for $8.80. If you want odd values or individual stamps, you'll have to look elsewhere.

Most bank ATM's also sell postage stamps. (wells fargo does)

Really you googled to find this website but can't google the post office or pack n mail etc...

How many stamps depends on the size and weight.
