So I'm planning on getting an apartment in Plano (in the range of $700-$1050), but I don't want to end up stuck in a community populated with families, young children, etc. Does anyone know of a nice apartment complex in Plano that's good for young people (20-25)?

Whether that means it's close to a nightlife area or there's an active party scene at the complex, doesn't matter. I just don't want to feel like I'm surrounded by soccer moms and their five kids.

Thanks.

Apartments for Rent - PadMapper Apartment Search for Oodle, Apartments.com, Rent.com, Kijiji, and Craigslist Apartments
or check with an apartment locator.

Hello;

Apartments or communities in Plano are not necessarily driven to a specific age range. You do not find those unless they are the 55 year old and up communities. I do believe that would be against the law or a form of discrimination.

I'd look at Austin Ranch off Windhaven.

Uh oh. The very reason Plano exists is to provide these things in great abundance.

Agreed with Zeeeeee. Find a small pad near the tollway/Legacy area near those trendy yogurt and shoe shops. It's no Bishop Arts, but it's probably the best option in that area.

Look into Eastside Village in old downtown Plano. Super easy access to Dart Rail for trips to work or downtown Dallas for play. Great restaurants in downtown Plano also.

Second this. Ive had a couple of coworkers live here. One was a "party girl" and loved it, and the other moved out because she got tired of the party atmosphere.
