Not sure whether it matters but are there high tension electric wires hanging right outside the property?

If price is too good then usually there is a catch. There are some wires on backside, not sure what type. This neighborhood has alley ways? Not that its a big deal, everyone has to make some compromises.

I have friends with a third floor similar to this house's playroom. It gets ridiculously hot in the summer. Make sure it has a seperate a/c unit and excellent insulation.

The wires are small in the back - not noticeable or high tension. The alleys are not used as far as I know. It's nice because it gives more space between houses.

If the wires run from the alley to the house-overhead you, most likely, can have the wire(s) buried. It cost us about $4K to bury ours but ours was a bit out of the ordinary.

It's good that wires and alleys are a non issue. Why aren't these alleys being used? I don't see front garage in this house.

The alleys were used when I was a kid. Maybe Dallas's modern fleet of garbage trucks is too wide for the alley...but then you get the blight of wheelie bins in front of houses. Yuck.

There's a garage to the left. It's connected. Look at other pics and you will see the driveway.
