We need to conduct inspection for a house build in 1992. Can you please recommend some good inspector for us. The house is in Southlake. Thanks a lot.

Last time I counted they only had two or three members in the DFW area. This is a very small association.

When you pick an Inspector check out what they are posting to get an idea of whether they will fit your needs.

Hopefully the OP found a great inspector & the property did not have EIFS, stucco or manufactured stone veneer.
I've seen many DFW inspectors that generally exclude or don't have a clue about these systems.
Most will take the job without any research and defer to a specialist when they encounter leaving the consumer with partial information about the property and not addressing possibly their most important concerns.
This all occurs and is supposed to be concluded in less than a 10 day option period usually imposed at the suggestion of the realtors involved.
