Real Estate Agent Recommendation (Park Cities & NE Dallas) (Highlands: rental, house)

Hi, all,

If you have a recommendation on real estate agents based on your personal selling, buying or renting experience (i.e., not "my brother-in-law is an agent!" or "I think my neighbor's cousin just became an agent!"), please send me a PM. We are looking for a rental in the Park Cities or Northeast Dallas (I believe that's what people refer to - just east of SMU).

If you're looking at the areas due east of SMU, it's East Dallas. The first neighborhood is M Streets and then at Abrams, it becomes Lakewood. That is if you're south of Mockingbird. If you're north of Mockingbird, neighborhood names are University Meadows, Ridgewood Park, Caruth Terrace, Stonewall Terrace, Hillside. These are all south of Lovers.

Northeast Dallas is more the Lake Highlands area, north of Northwest Hwy but inside 635 and east of 75.
