Hey there buddy. Judging by your posting, you're looking at Bloomfield Homes. Have you physically been out to these areas yet? I personally live in Kreymer Estates. Out of the 3 sites you listed, I feel like Kreymer is the best. Here's why:

1. Grand Heritage is in Lavon. Hwy 78 on that side is under construction and for now is terrible traffic wise. This location, I believe, is pretty much in closeout status. The salesman has already moved on to Inspiration in Wylie.

2. Kreymer Estates is filling up quickly. I believe phase 3 might already be sold out and they are pre-selling phase 4. We are a smaller master planned community with a very nice picnic/playground area, pool area, walking trail, etc. Neighbors are friendly, very close to downtown Wylie, RaceTrac gas station is on the corner. I would invite you to c'mon down and talk with Scott. He is the salesperson for Kreymer and Stone Ranch. He was a big reason why we felt comfortable and decided to buy into the neighborhood.

3. Stone Ranch is okay, but I feel has less amenities than Kreymer. I do not believe they have plans for a pool or walking trail. Which the trade off is on price as Stone Ranch is cheaper to build than Kreymer.

4. If you were interested in a more grand master planned community with Bloomfield Homes, you could also add "Inspiration" in Wylie to your list. They will have a resort style pool and lounge area, an elementary school on site, walking trails that will extend near Lake Lavon, etc.

Any other questions you may have, ask away, I'll be happy to answer them.

Wylieguyhere1..... Thanks for the information. I am also looking at Inspiration but since these 3 communities were relatively close to each other I wanted to get a feel for them.
I have visited Bloomsfield about two years ago in Anna. I have hear good things about their homes as well as KH Homes.
Being that schools are pretty much equal on all of them, I need to consider quality of neighborhood and best deal overall.
Grand Heritage had the advantage of lower property tax and lower cost on homes.
