Hi everyone! We are relocating to San Antonio and are considering the above mentioned subdivisions with work being at the VA hospital. Any ideas or thoughts about commuting times, neighborhood information is welcome. Also any other additional recommendations about neighborhoods /subdivisions are welcome. Thanks in advance!

Going from Stone Oak to VA is a goat rope. Sonoma Ranch or Triana is the way to go.

Thanks everyone... Is there any other areas we should check out? Any idea about commuting times from these neighborhoods?

Maybe look at the Shavano Park area. The traffic is horrid right now but go right down Wurzbach and you'll be at the VA. Of those you have listed I would go with Sonoma Ranch, purely for the shorter commute.
