I am going on a mini vacation and I'm thinking of visiting Medieval Times but I don't know if it's worth it from
reading bad reviews and etc.. and its supposed rude poor customer service. so, i'd like if possible to read about experiences from others who have been there good/bad. I still am trying to figure what to do for the day and I am trying to work on squeezing in a trip to fort worth and explore. Like I said I'd like to visit Medieval Times but if they are going to have rude poor customer service then never mind - it'd probably ruin the experience.

Try visiting one of Fort Worth's lovely museums instead.

I took hubby last January as a fun outing. We both enjoyed it and none of the staff was rude at all. As a matter of fact, the front office staff was very helpful. We had an issue with another customer who didn't like that we took a parking space and kept driving around threatening to key the car or slash the tires. We reported her when we got to the front because we were fearful. They had us meet with the security who patrols the parking lot and he was very responsive.

I will say the only draw back is the parking lot is only large enough for one show - so if you go to the 2nd or 3rd show on a Saturday, and arrive too early (what they recommend) you will be stuck driving around until the earlier show lets out.

It's a set menu, the food isn't terrible but it isn't amazing either. I've always found it to be a fun time when going with a group who all get really into it. Not sure it would be fun if you were going solo.

The service is fine, but it is not worth it in my opinion. I have provably taken the family there 3-4 times over the past 2 years...but thst is enough...there are better things to do for same amount of money. Just my opinion.

Kids really enjoy the show. If you have never done this kind of thing, its a fun time. Pricey.

It's fun ONCE. Took the kid when she was younger and had a fun night but they nickel and dime you to death. Food is mediocre. If you go, go for the show not the food. Agree with ChristieP about Scarborough Faire!
