Driving home Irving (Las Colinas 114 / O'Conner) to Lantana is an hour in the 5pm traffic. It's about 30mins to 114/121 and then another 30mins to Lantana. morning is 30 mins to an hour. Depends on time of day. With no traffic it can be done in 30 mins.

Should get better once the HOV lanes are completed on 114 next year. Also once I-35 is finished even though I don't go that way it should take some traffic off. It is much better now that the underpass is complete on 2499 and you are not sitting in backed up traffic on 121 to get off on 2499.

Lantana is a nice community with good schools. Pretty houses too. BUT the lots are tiny. When I drove through I noticed a lot of cars parked in the streets. Driveways are short so it's really cramped. There is also an HOA fee of about $100/month (I think) on top of high taxes.
