I heard Water utility bill in Frisco Hills community are high when compare to neighbor communities.
We are planning to buy a home in Frisco hills and we need suggestions from current residents of this community. Mainly we would like to know about MUD tax and water utility bill.

Felt mine were lower actually. MUD district sucks for prop tax, you will probably pay 2.7% plus for a while.... a long while

a bit off topic but city of mckinney has the worst bills ever. they have a minimum charge (with no usage), so even if you out of town and use 0 utilities you still have to pay $50+

Thank you for the reply. Overall Frisco Hills residents are paying 0.3% more tax than fellow Little Elm residents (I checked in Denton Cad). I prepared for that. Do you see more difference (>0.3%).

Thank you

Nope, that's correct.

0.3% on the Jones's McMansions up there could be $1,200+ more to property taxes....

But they can afford it, right?

When I lived there, it was a nice place with a bunch of 35-40 yo+ families who got lucky on buying in early so they only paid $200k-$250k for their homes. Kudos to them, mostly very nice people. I am sure they are thrilled the school is done. Now $400k+ is the norm.
