Hello City-Data Members,
I am looking to relocate to the Dallas area, specifically working near Grand Prairie (I-20 and 408).
What areas would you suggest for a single young professional and why?
If you mention a city/zip code, please also give the areas to stay away from. For example, I've gotten good and iffy feedback on Irving, TX dependent on where you live. This is the type of detail I'm looking for.
I am planning to buy a single family home and also want to be able to sell easily or rent it out if I move. I'm looking to spend about $250k...
