Magnet schools Garland (Sachse: to move, radio, rated)

Are the magnet high schools in Garland good? Searching the forum I read that DISD magnet schools are good. Nothing recent about Garland magnet schools that I could find.
There seem to be multiple options depending on the interest I suppose. Math science technology and Accelerated Math at North Garland, Collegiate academy at Naaman Forest and an IB school at Garland high school. There are more options.

We are new to the area so will appreciate any insight.

All of the HS have a magnet program of some sort and many have specific interest programs like dance (NOT drill team), law, radio and TV. With school choice it's way for the district to attract students to different parts of the district and balance socio economic diversity. It also helps when shiny new opens. When Naaman Forest opened a large number of N Garland kids chose to move schools. Same thing when Sachse opened and Naaman kids moved schools. That was a major reason for adding the MS Academy to N Garland originally.

I know a lot of people who went through those programs or had kids who did. All are very happy with their experience.
