Possibly Lewisville (there are some located off 121 business and Corporate areas (not sure of going rate for these) and or Carrollton (there are some new townhomes just west of the hosipital...Ryland???? I think)

What about in the 75243 area? I was looking at some Townhouses on Timberleaf, just off Abrams road, just south of Forest Ln. The townhouses look so nice on Realtor.com, and I saw (when I was in Dallas) that a developer is rennovating a large number of them, but, I was a little creeped out by the apt.s just behind them. I live in Houston now, and though I'm not moving back anytime soon, I'm still on the lookout for planning for the future and this is an area near family, so I'm interested in what ya'll know or think of this area.
