We have decided on Pearson Farms, we began looking at Plano initially when we arrived in Dallas 6 weeks back, but we like the houses at Pearson Farms and they are newer and much more house for your money. Our budget is 350 to 400K and we like a couple of houses and shall be making an offer on one this week (need to decide which one). If there is anyone who lives or has any kind of experience with this subdivision please share any HOA bylaws to be aware of, houses with issues, foundations etc. how is the community as a whole, any issue with homes builders in the area. Any information on Pearson Farms would be helpful as the area around it is still not developed and most is zoned for residential would that change?
Please PM me if you cannot share on the forum. Thanks

feel like I'm repeating myself from a previous thread but David Weekly is a pretty good builder. I find the way they handle their water system fairly unique and that they also have the water heaters in the garage and not the attic.
