Can't help you with the recruiters. As for apartments, there are 1000's of them in scores of 'hoods all over the city and the many suburbs. It just depends on how much you want to pay, what kind of 'hood you want and, very importantly, where you end up working. Are you moving here before you get a job or waiting until you've found employment? Providing more criteria might bring more responses. Good luck!

I do not have a job yet. So I am not sure about job location. My husband and I outgoing people so we would like to be in the heart of the city.

Then, I would suggest living in central Dallas (inside Loop 12). Uptown and Downtown will offer the most urban atmosphere with lots of apartment communities. Check
