My husband and I are planning a move to the northern Dallas area in July to be closer to his family. He is from East Texas and we are both living in Missouri at the moment. We are 22 and not really into the bar/downtown scene. We are looking for more suburban areas. We want to start out with an apartment. What would be some good specific northern Dallas areas to check out? Also, he has driving/delivery, manufacturing, general labor experience with a chauffeurs license, and I have multiple years of administrative/clerical experience. Any information is extremely appreciated!

There are endless areas, your budget and work locations will determine where you want. I would say Plano has a lot of customer service and corporate jobs...so by living there, you will probably be in the right area to find work. All the northern suburbs are "suburban" and nice overall. I would go online and look for apartments in your price range and search within 10 miles of and you will have TONS of results. Find a nice complex that is in your price range. Good luck!

See, it seems like everything i research points to Plano at being a good match. It is nice to hear that directly from someone who knows first hand. Thanks so much!
