The Irving location on MacArthur has had a significant amount of excavation and soil prep. They dug down about six feet under the store footprint and did whatever they do, I guess to stabilize the soil. Then it was filled back in. I havent been by in about two weeks so I dont know whats happened since then.

Awesome! Too bad I can't take the day off. I don't think I want to deal with the crowds anyways.

Im heading there straight from work... probably around 5pm. Im sure it will be very busy. According to Perman's book on In-n-Out, the Tucson record opening had as many as 100 cars in the drive thru and over 500 people in line for most of the day.

Can you update us from your car as to how long the line is? I want to go up there and grab dinner, either location really cuz I'm closer to the Caruth Haven one, but I'm pregnant and feel the need to bring snacks even if I'm sitting in my car lol
