Hiya people,

I just wanted to get your thoughts on the Princeton Heights (west Dayton) area more specifically along the Salem Avenue.

I gather that it falls on the 'less' desirable areas to live in Dayton as everyone talks of the Eastern suburbs of Oakwood and Beavercreek...

My intention is to buy a residential multi-family (block of 4) to rent out.

Your thoughts are appreciated...!

Do you plan to live in it as well?

That might make considerable difference.

"West Dayton" is due west along West Third Street.

It's a bit old, but still informative. You'll have to cut and paste.
