Yes! When I first got my kindle, somehow I heard about that site and got a few great ones to start out with. Lots of classics. One REALLY good one I got was Three Men in a Boat by Jerome K Jerome. I don't know what possessed me to get it, but it was a riot.
When I mentioned this to my DD who was an English major, she was familiar with it.
